Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is issued by Bloghunch Software Pvt Ltd ("Company") in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable laws of India. We aim to be fair and transparent about our subscription policies.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial for new users:
- No credit card required to begin
- Full access to platform features during the trial period
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
- Trial ends automatically unless you subscribe
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
- Your account dashboard under "Settings → Subscription"
- Emailing us at support@rezlance.com with your account details
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately on cancellation
- No further charges after cancellation
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
- Available to new customers on their first paying subscription only
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment date
- Full refund of the subscription amount, excluding payment gateway charges
- Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- GST component deducted from refund as per applicable rules (GST paid to government is non-refundable to us)
3.2 When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals (applies to first subscriptions only)
- Requests made after 30 days from the payment date
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Add-on purchases
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- 1Email support@rezlance.com with your account email and subscription order ID
- 2Include a brief reason for the refund request
- 3Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- 4If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction value) charged by Razorpay are non-refundable. Refunds will be for the net amount received after deducting gateway fees and applicable GST.
6. Service Interruptions
In case of unplanned outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours:
- We will extend your subscription by the equivalent duration, or
- Provide a pro-rata account credit at our discretion
- Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this clause
7. Data Export After Cancellation
- You can export all your data until your subscription end date
- Data is retained for 30 days after subscription expiry for this purpose
- After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted from our systems
- We strongly recommend exporting all data before cancellation
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding refunds, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@rezlance.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
Exceptional circumstances outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription purchase governs that subscription period. New subscriptions are governed by the latest published version.
