What happens if Rezlance shuts down?
While we are building Rezlance for the long haul as an independent profitable company, software inherently carries risks. The lifetime deal ensures you won't pay monthly subscription fees as long as the service is active, but it does not guarantee the service will exist forever. If we ever shut down, we will provide an export tool to help you migrate your data smoothly.
Is this really lifetime, or lifetime-of-the-plan?
This is true lifetime access to the features included in your chosen tier. You will receive all future updates, security patches, and minor enhancements to the core product. However, if we introduce entirely new major add-on products in the future, those may be priced separately.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes, as long as the lifetime deal is still active and spots remain, you can pay the difference to upgrade. After the spots are gone, you will only be able to upgrade by switching to a standard monthly subscription plan.
What's not included that's in the monthly plans?
The monthly plans offer "unlimited" e-signatures for Team and Firm tiers. Because e-signatures and storage have hard metered costs on our end, the lifetime plans have strict hard limits (e.g. 50 e-signatures/month for Team, 100/month for Firm). Please review the limits carefully before purchasing.
Is there a refund policy?
No. Because this is a highly discounted one-time lifetime offer, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Please review the features and limits carefully to ensure it's the right fit for your firm before purchasing.
