1. Overview

At Bloghunch Software Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with Rezlance. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable.

3. Lifetime Deals

Purchases of any "Lifetime Deal" or "Founding Firm" one-time payment plans are strictly non-refundable. The access provided under a lifetime deal remains active for the lifetime of the Rezlance product.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at support@rezlance.com with your account details and the reason for the request. We process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or violation of our Terms of Service.
